District Lab’s customers purchase membership cards and they receive a special donation with their order in compliance with DC I71 Laws. Customers who collect five cards receive a special free gift.

You should receive an order number email and one of our team members will text you usually within 30 minutes of your order. If someone hasn’t reach out to you in 30 minutes after your order you can always text us at (717) 208-0356.

Yes. All orders must be to customers who are over the age of 21 and are in the District of Columbia. All orders must be paid in cash. We do not deliver to Maryland or Virginia.

You can expect to receive your order during your selected delivery window. Our delivery windows are from 7:30-10:30. ASAP orders may be requested outside of our free delivery hours for a $10 additional fee.

Generally we meet where ever you are DC but for some orders we will request that you come to one of our many pickup locations throughout the city.
